Is a dedicated, doctor run, clinic to advise and support patients to make nutritional and other lifestyle changes. The approach is holistic with a wholefood diet- avoiding sugars and processed foods. 

For whom: Anybody, who wants to improve their health, get more energy or lose weight.  Particularly helpful for people with Type 2 Diabetes or pre-Diabetes

The Programme: initial doctor visit for baseline bloods/ measurements and introduction to program, followed by 6 months of access to web-based info, videos and recipes and personal support from nutritionist via phone or email and a dedicated Lifestyle Clinic blog.
