Prescription requests – these requests can be made in several ways for your convenience:

• Online: Complete and return the form

• Print out, complete  and return the Repeat Prescription Request Form to Marino Medical Reception - Click Here!

• We accept repeat prescriptions as follows:

  • Email:  adminteam@marinomedical.ie

  • Via post or by hand

  • Fax to: 027 51988    

• Prescriptions are now emailed direct to the Pharmacy of your choice – no need to call at the Surgery to collect prescriptions.

It is helpful if you can:

Allow one full working day (48 hours) for repeat prescription requests to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account. This will ensure your repeat prescription will be ready to collect directly from your favoured Pharmacy.

Write down clearly what medications you require. Copy names from your medicine boxes or previous prescriptions, if  in doubt bring your medication packs to Reception and our team will be happy to help you with your request.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor or practice nurse to review the prescription at regular intervals

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays re further prescriptions
