Phlebotomy:

 

Blood Tests

• Services delivered by our Doctors, Nurses and trained Phlebotomist .

• These tests will be requested by your GP, unless they are part of regular monitoring of specific diseases/medication

• Following up results once tests are done is of utmost importance:

        - We aim to contact you by text or call as soon as results are received

        - We aim to contact you by text or call you about any abnormal results that need further discussion

        - You must opt-in to receive texts from the surgery and complete the text message consent form 

        - If you have not heard from us about your test results within 2 weeks, please call us on 027 50504
